Richard has over 20 years’ experience holding senior positions for some of Australia’s prominent owners and developers of industrial and commercial property. Richard has been involved with some of the largest developments and pre commitments in the country, delivering office and industrial solutions for groups including; Super Retail Group (50,000sqm), The Reject Shop, Pedal Group, Australian Associated Press, Alcatel, Australian Pharmaceutical Industries and many others.
Richard’s experience from working in the supply side of property with owners and developers enables him to provide valuable insights and guidance to his clients, occupiers of industrial and commercial real estate, this is very beneficial to clients when procuring, negotiating and finalising lease and sale agreements.
ANDREA BROWN
NATIONAL HEAD OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Andrea has over 20 years’ experience in both the UK and Australia that combines leadership roles with a unique technical based and commercial experience set. These skills combine precise project management and development monitoring expertise with the full range of building consultancy technical skill set and a deep understanding of legal frameworks such as agreement for lease and heads of agreement. Andrea's skill set supports her passion for providing advice that is seeing an increased focus on the achieving ESG goals but also focusing on the role of real estate as a business enabler to corporate occupiers in driving their cultural strategies and business goals. Andrea understands both the building owner and occupier sides of the real estate landscape, and this enables her to advise on whole solutions, including make good advisory, project management and workplace experience.
Andrea has worked with a range of high-profile building owners and occupier clients across all asset classes, including but not limited to Electrolux, DHL, N&A Group, FWR, Charter Hall, AMP Capital and GPT.

With degrees in Property Economics and Data Science, Antonia has over eighteen years in the real estate industry, having managed large portfolios of commercial assets as well as implementing digital solutions for global property management and facility management organisations. More recently Antonia’s role as VP of Real Estate Solutions for one of the world’s fastest growing data technology platforms, means that she is in the unique position to apply this experience in real estate operations and successful product development and deployment to maximise revenue, reduce costs and minimise risk for our customers.
